1. How can I book my rental car?
Type your location, for pick up and dropoff if different, and the dates of your rental. Then select the car you wish to rent, fill out the reservation form to complete your booking.
2) How can I change an existing car rental reservation or cancel a reservation?
You can change your reservation, but you will need your reservation number and email address in order to make the change on our site. You can cancel your reservation without penalty as long as you rented a car that did not require a credit card at the time of the rental. If you used a credit card, you must contact the rental car vendor directly.
3) Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns about the insurance?
Please call the insurer directly at 866.385.4839. Agents are available 24-hours a day to answer your questions.
4) I'm having trouble booking on your site?
Please fill out our customer service form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
5) How old do I have to be to rent a car?
Most rental car agents require drivers to be 25 years or older to rent a car. However some agents will allow younger drivers (23/24 years old) with a fee. Please contact your car rental agent to find out their specific policy.
6) Are debit cards accepted?
Most rental car agents do accept debit cards with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo on them. However, please be advised that a hold will be placed on your card, so funds may be restricted for the duration of your rental.
7) Do you offer discount codes like AARP?
We currently don't have a way to handle discount codes through the website. However, you may obtain additional discounts by speaking with your vendor during your pickup.
8) Is international travel allowed?
Most vendors charge a small fee for international travel as long as you notify them ahead of time. This also applies to rental insurance.
9) Is mileage unlimited?
Most vendors do offer unlimited mileage, however some have a limit. To find out the specific policy of your vendor please contact your local office.
